Suggested Use:

Adults take one (1) tablet three time a day 30-60 minutes before , or two hours after a meal. Take with an 8 Oz glass of water. Take for 2 weeks, then reduce dosage to one (1) tablet twice daily for 2 weeks. Do not exceed six (6) tablets in one day.
