All orders placed before 4:00 PM PST are shipped the same business day they're received.
Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority or Express. FedEx shipping is available upon request but additional charges will apply.
First Class and Priority shipping are FREE within the continental United States. Orders shipped to destinations outside of the continental United States will require additional charges depending on weight.
By default, we ship small orders via First Class. We charge an additional $35.00 for Express shipping.
Orders must be received by 12:00 PM (Noon) PST for Express shipping to be available.
Cancellations are accepted for USPS First Class and Priority shipments by 3:00 PM PST on the day they are to be processed. Cancellations for Express shipments are accepted by 12:00 PM (Noon) PST on the day they are to be processed.
We recommend USPS Priority shipping for remote destinations.
Products that require refrigeration must be returned unopened within 5 days of purchase for a full refund.
Products that do not require refrigeration must be returned unopened within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns may incur restocking fees. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
In order to qualify for a full refund the product must be returned unopened and in pristine condition.
If there is any sign that the product has been stored improperly, damaged, opened, or used in any way, the return will not be accepted for a fund.
Please note: the members of our returns department have eyes like a hawk and will carefully inspect all returns before authorizing a refund.
